Cancelling of contract refuesd

<p>I have been trying to cancel my contract for years now, and the only teply I get is that I need to send documentation to determain if I can afford it or not. I was not asked for these docs when I signed so this is reckless credit giving. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also QVC is in breach of consumer protection act as the contract is one sided, also unending or lifetime contract has never been legal in south africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I formally give 20 days cancelation notice, if this is not adhered to I will be contacting a laywer, I will much rather pay for legal assistance than struggle with this problem any further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
