Cancellation of membership.

I asked them for my contract. I payed now for over 17 years and only used it 5 times. They are always full and never had place when you want to book. They dont come back to me. They don't want to cancell my membership. Now they add 2019 levy as well for over R9 000. I said on mail they can take my points for free and sell it an keep the money....still no respond from them.
