Cancellation Of Contract

I have recently found myself in a situation where I have had a massive drop in my income - so much so that I have to move house, sell my car, etc... I contacted QVC to request that they take my points back, and give them away - or something - but that I cannot afford the monthly R877 fees any longer. I have been told that I cannot cancel anything with them. I just need to sell or transfer my points. What kind of response is that? I literally cannot afford it. I indicated that I would complete an affordability spreadsheet, confirming my income and expenses to show just how much of a dire situation I am in - but they will not accept it. Does ANYONE have any advice on how to proceed. I cannot believe the callous, greedy attitude of these people. I hope they are willing to feed, clothe and school my children - as I won't be able to!!
