Cancell all Services from QVC

<p>From early 2016 after I paid off the normal credit agreement I'm trying to cancell the Admin or</p> <p>"membership of the association is for the duration of the association" like they call it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This type of "time share" is utmost the a waste of money, you can almost never use it, its either full or what reason. The reason for my attempt of cancellation will I can't afford this anymore, plus why pay for a service I cant use for about 6 years? In todays economic situation its not wise.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some correspondence was I could sell it myself, to whom? I cant burden someone else like this.</p> <p> </p> <p>My last email on the18th March 2016:</p> <p>"</p> <p>Hi</p> <p>This will be the last time I will say this. Please quote me the part that i cant cancell this agreement. Send me a copy of the signed part.</p> <p>The credit part fallen away. The assosiation part I dont have any interest with. I do not use this service and cant affort it anymore.</p> <p>All benefit will be to Qvc if they take the points. I dont have spare time to sell time share.</p> <p>Regards<br /> Louis"</p> <p> </p> <p>All answer was they will get back to me. For the past year from then my debit orders stopped, I thought its done till I got a letter of demand to pay these admin costs? After over a year???? Or be blacklisted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have option left to approach the NCC in this. This is not viable to drain a person to pay for something, cant use it and still after death drain the rest of the family. This is not fair practise.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there someone that point me in the right direction? I want out of a service I don't use or can afford.</p>
