BAD SERVICE QVC

We have on numerous occasions tried to book with QVC but keep getting the same response about the owners of the places have not released their establishments yet!! We have points expiring at the end of this year but how the hell do we use the points if there is constantly nothing available. Owning these points is just costing us money(which we cannot afford because we pensioners) with no holidays available. Your consultants are not helpful at all to try to give you options to use your points, they sound more irritated that you asking so many questions. I will never recommend QVC, unfortunately so many are being dubbed by this company. At this point i would actually give these points away!!!
