All the bad reviews are true
All the bad reviews are true!! This was the worse company I ever dealt with - form the start, trying to do reservations, up to the very last - when I tried to cancel..... I paid a penalty fee of more than R6,500-00 just to have peace of mind again. I forfeited all my points, paid the penalty fee just to never ever have to deal with them again. PLEASE - do not try to buy or deal with QVC. You WILL LOOSE. If you are still a member - get out asap, - even though this will also be a challenge.

09 Apr 2020, 16:14We confirm receipt of the complaint and will place this complaint on record with our Legal department as the Club does reserve its right and more so based on the fact that this agreement was a perpetuity agreement which the club was under no obligation to cancel.
