I signed a settlement offer after my vehicle was damaged, I started off with Mobility Insurance I d.t know how they work alognside QMB. I submitted all my documents and signed the settlement offer with the prescribed 21 business days - THE 21 BUSINESS DAYS ENDED 26/09. TODAY IS 07/10. I am busy sending endless *** with no response of honoring of the very settlement they sent me. Now i sent the vehicle for repairs because I didn't believe such a big company would not honor it. My vehicle is stuck, repairs are done. The people that caused the accident hace gone on with their lives while I'm being given the run-around by NAZEERA from QMB & Warren & Kefiloe from Mobility have been of no assistance as someone who claimed through them they just hand you over to get played by the next people
