Unhappy client

They debited R3k from my account and when I called them to cancel the contract they didn't want to reimburse it, they said they distributed the money to the beraux.

I don't understand how because I paid off everything myself with the attorneys that I was handed over too. The guy who assisted me keeps saying he is on leave since he lost his mother and its been 3 weeks now, he keeps saying he will revert back to me. I wanr my money back since they did not assist me, they can however take the R725 for the credit check they did for me, I honestly don't understand where the rest of the money went.
