These people do not explain anything and try and speak as fast as they can . Misunderstood the complete conversation and thought that they are helping to apply for a loan . Asked to mandate a amount of R795 of my account . After a lengthy discussion with this lady that i am not interested and that the need to take of that supposed deduction where she assured me it will be done . Next few days it went of on my account , Tried several times to reverse the matter with no joy . Today another one of their sales people tried the exact same thing and also wanted money for something to clear records . This was hopeless and this person called me Pappi the whole time . This seems to be their clever workings of a **** that has got me caught .

Debited bank account without consent
They are ******, they deducted R4700 from my account on a date that I never gave them and they claim they tried calling after deduction and they they blocked the bank from reversing it. I will continue to pursue this matter

Unknown debit order deduction
On the 30th of June 2026, there was a debit order of R795.00 that I did not authorize. When I trace with the bank they say is QFinance ***. I tried to call this number but no answer. I need my money to be reversed and stop the debit order I did not authorize.

Unknown debit order deduction
