Extremely Disappointed – Paid R3000, No Results

I paid QFinance R3000 to help clear my name from the credit bureau (ITC) as they promised, but they never delivered on their commitment. I kept following up for months, and every time I was given new excuses and delays.

The lady named Agnes Makhubela in particular kept assuring me that everything would be sorted, yet nothing was ever done. I even provided proof of payment and all requested documents, but my credit status was never updated.

This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I strongly advise others to be cautious before paying this company — they take your money and do not fulfill their promises.
