Would highly not recommend using this company. I commissioned them for web development and hosting. They are quick to take your money before showing that anything is done at 40% of the price (this is standard practice and understandable), once they have a image of "the page" they demand final payment before you can explore, view and test out the site to see if it meets your expectations as a individual or business. They then proceed to tell you "that is impossible to do" or "that would take too long" just to name a few when requesting changes or things to incorporate. When concluding that one is not happy with the product or services and request a refund, they proceed to say "We don't do refunds" and they do freelance work and have no terms and conditions or contracts and thus believe the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 does not apply to them. You end up with no product or service that you have paid for and no refund for failure to provide adequate services based on the client.
