Putco Soshanguve! Disappointment!

Putco doesn't care about its customers. We buy tickets but the service is poor. If it's not late the bus doesn't show up at all. Excuses range from "the bus went to get serviced" to "wipes aren't working." We feel neglected as people who depend on Putco to get to and from work. Drivers get to work on time but we should suffer getting warnings from our work places. Slowly we are getting fewer in the busses and I blame no one for leaving. The remained of us ask ourselves everyday why do we even buy these tickets only to go and pay extra on taxis. Poor, mediocre, disappointing service!!!!
