The greatest , iconic and legendary people are those who seek to understand first. These are the ones that listen attentively and carefully. These are the kind of people who are born leaders , being a leader is something that runs in their genes and blood. Being a boss is something that you're trained in..we can easily Identify those type of bosses through their communication skills ( which is something they lack) and how they are quick to defend themselves even when it's not necessary they don't understand the meaning of the word accountability. Too add on that they are also ***********.

But I met an iconic, unique , confident , competent and a true leader by the name of Noma from Putco (Public relations officer) whom I believe deserves a employee of the year award. I had a difficult situation with some of the bosses from sandfontein but when I met this leader I got helped and I should say I am a content , happy and satisfied customer. Mama Noma you are a Super woman, a natural born leader , a pioneer and a Hero in my eyes...may God bless you beyond and may he give u more wisdom and more life...the world would be a better place if we had people like you infact better is an understatement the world would be a beautiful place if we had more inspiring and motivating leaders like you...I would like to give my sincere and Genuine 10000 thank you for helping me out..God bless
