I've been with this provider for 6 years. Grossly overcharged compared to competitors. On average their charges were 3-4 times higher. When the overcharges were queried, the legal team responded dismissing the query. Poor service from the sales representatives who had no clue when contracts were expiring and presented new contracts while another was still in place. They don't tend to resolve technical issues promptly. On notice of cancellation, I receive a call offering to reduce my monthly costs by two-thirds!! What overcharges? Be wary of hidden clauses and the surprise 60 month contract period. A bunch of bandits i.m.o!
