Unsatisfactory and sub-standard product!

Don't buy this electric blanket. Bought a single electric blanket from Pick and Pay Steeldale, didn't last one month and when I tried to return, they refused. It must be sent in for repairs. If this is Pure Pleasures policy, they have no value in their product!
