Pure pleasure terrible poor quality blankets

Terrible electric blanket and terrible customer service I purchased an electric blanket from take a lot and it stopped working within a month. Take a lot stated that warranty is made by manufacturers so Pure pleasures team collected it only to say that the electric blanket stopped working because it was not tied down correctly and will there not issue a refund. I explained that the blanket was tied down using the instructions provided and it was barely used when it stopped working. They sell defective products and find any excuse not to refund their customers.
