Pure Pleasure Electric Blankets

I just bought a second electric blanket that stopped working - I've tried to contact the business but to no avail - they will rather ignore customers than to give feedback about the poor quality. Buy proudly South African and it comes back to bite you in the ***. I will rather buy china imports and when it stops working I can through it away and don't have to try and get my money back. We are so use to get *****ed over by South African companies that the 1 year warranty doesn't mean anything to them! SO SICK OF THE SERVICE DELIVERY IN SA!!!!!
