Pure Pleasure electric blanket

We also bought 2 single Pure Pleasure electric blankets for the children at GAME Woodlands in June last year. We haven't used it till this winter. My son used his in July 2019 and suddenly it didn't work anymore. My daughter used her blanket with no problem.

We went to GAME Woodlands to complain, only to hear the guarentee has expired!! They said they didn't have stock, however that they have ordered more, but can't say when it will arrive. Iasked the guy who helped us if he could not order one from Brooklyn as they have stock. He said he will do that and will call me as soon as it arrives. It is a week now and when I called him he said the stock didn't arrive yet and will call me when they receive the stock.

This is absolutr rediculous as my son wants to use his blanket, but can't as his blanket does not work. And his blanket is brand new!!!!

What a shame an disgrace. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PURE PLEASURE BLANKETS AS IT IS *******!!!!
