Bought a Pure Pleasure electric blanket from Takealot. Unfortunately it stopped working after a month. I contacted Takealot and the said that I have to return it via Pure Pleasure. I dealt with Zainab most of the time. Every time I corresponded with them, they came back to me within 30min. They collected, tested and send my new electric blanket within a week.
