Electrons left behind with heated blanket

Hi had purchased a king-size electric blanket. Works perfect until we noticed the blanket leaves electric vibration in our body's. Emailed them no reply. I don't think it is safe to use with its sending of electrons like that cos I have a single bed one n it doesn't do that. What should I do next
