dont trust ,dont pay on line

purchased their product on 17 January 2016. REF 864492 Till this day i have not received the good i paid for.<br> <br> Purchase was done on this website which is well know fb.<br> <br> I was informed it would take 14 working days to received the product. It has been over 14 working days. I was sent an email from them <br> <br> still waiting nothing <br> <br> I want my money back asap
