Shocking service

I ordered and paid for a product 1 month ago and still haven't received it and then what's even worse is that they deducted the same amount off my bank account one month later without my authority - which is *****. No reference/order numbers were provided when I placed the order and paid. After many follow-ups I'm given a tracking number which doesn't appear to have moved in over a week (stating it's in SA). The they tell me it's my responsibility to follow-up on it. If a provider sells a product, they need to ensure their distribution methods work. Also, I did not give them my banking details so how do they deduct money from my account. I have now had to cancel a card which is very inconvenient. Never again will I use them even if I ever receive the product and its fantastic....
