Pupganics is a *****ulant site stay away..

I purchased from Pupganics on the 1st April. Product hasnt been received yet. They debited a second payment on the 29th April. I have had to cancel my cr card. I have written to them but I have received no reply. They ahve a very convincing website and they fillow up with emails giving me a tracking no and showing the progress ofthe delivery. But still nothi g has arrived. Helping themselves to a second payment is unaccwptable.
