I placed an order with Pupganics on 09 March and paid R763.99. To date, I have not received my order. The company is now claiming that I subscribed during checkout, which was never clearly disclosed or agreed to. They are refusing to process or deliver my order unless I update my card details and make additional payment. When I log into my account, the order status is inconsistent (showing both “Complete” and “On its way”), and the tracking information provided does not appear to be from a legitimate courier. Additionally, I attempted to cancel the subscription, but the website gives an error message (“Couldn’t load cancellations”), making it impossible to cancel. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable. I made a once-off purchase and did not knowingly agree to any subscription. I request: Immediate cancellation of any subscription A full refund of R763.99 Confirmation that no further charges will be attempted If this is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and report this matter further.
