I am being ****med out of my deposit and it's been over two months not receiving my money and I am being told by a basic service consultant that she is the only person I can speak to involving my money even when i requests for a manager on the phone yet when u don't pay rent they are quick to send a letter of demand threatening u with eviction notices yet they have a rat infection coz it takes them 2 weeks to remove bins and clear the refuse bay not to mention telling them about roches in the apartment not once did they even offer to come and fumigation in a 6 year stay just out of loyalty to customers instead they treat u like a dog every time you call them about your deposit and they make me sick cause not even sure the managers on top know their stuff is so ill mannered and so unprofessional.
