Honestly, this place feels no different from renting a backroom in the township. Besides the constant noise, when things break they hardly get fixed, even after being reported. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing and exhausting. At this point, I honestly cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move out. The “no deposit” arrangement now feels more like a trap than a benefit, especially after hearing stories about tenants allegedly being blacklisted for moving out before their lease period ends. There's no system to voice your complains - you only have a the option of a building manager who assumes you're wrong even before you open your mouth.
