The place is mid! Service delivery/caretaking is almost non existent. It becomes your baby to worry about stuff and running after the staff to get things fixed. I had broken lights from when I moved in and a year later it remained the same. The pipes were blocked, tried doing laundry with my washing machine and water filled up the entire apartment when the machine drained it out. The pipes also smell terribly, you must always have something to curb that smell otherwise you’ll live in an unbearable foul smelling apartment. You pay for sewage and parking but trust you will always fight with random people parking at your spot. There is no appropriate administration!

The “no deposit” discount is a trap because they will find a way to get that money when you end your lease. If you don’t agree to pay, they get you blacklisted. My lease was from April 2024 to April 2025. I gave sufficient and written notice that I am moving out when my lease ends which I did and I did not incur any penalties. Only for me to get a final statement of 8600! This included rent for May! Bear in mind that I was out of the property and didn’t live there by May. As well as utilities for May and contradicting utilities of 7 days from April to beginning May (meaning they are aware of my moving out ). The lights that are on the inspection and that I also reported that they broken which were not my liability? Added on as well for me to pay! I contacted their Accounts department (Pulse living) with screenshots of all evidence attached and asked that they amend the statement. Instead of amending, I’ve been having an up and down with them of nothing being changed. Instead they took my details and black listed me! Don’t fall for the trap please
