BAD Service from LUNGILE

The level of service is very poor from this Agency, Lungile unprofessional and has no customer service her Boss Kelly took her side as she responded with 'I apologise if you felt that'' That means Lungile's Allows her stuff to talk to customers anyway they want. Lungile used swearing words over the phone and dropped the call only because I asked Gerald information from her. According to this company a call like that is a Courtesy call
