USELESS!!

I would like to warn people that would like to buy from PSI Super Homeware Products. There service is beyond useless!! I paid the Granite set I order upfront so that I can get my order earlier as you only get you order when the first debit order goes off. They say it take 7 to 14 working days. I paid the amount upfront on the 30 th of June and it is now the 20 th of July!! I never received a Waybill Number for the courier. I have asked them numerous time when I will be receiving my Waybill Number with no luck! If you don't ask them on whatsapp they will never come back to you. And if they do they always say they will look in to it and will send me the waybill number.... like *** ever! It never happend. Officialy I lost the money that I paid upfront as I said to them I am cancelling my order, they did not even mention that they will pay back my money I paid upfront. Useless!!
