Bad customer service from management
Degrading clients as they are taken from pillar to post with cancelations yet funds are deducted, I called them for multiple times to no resolution until todate, please advice what to do their contacts are as follows :customer care:***, Supervisor or Manager: Raymond ***. Land-line *** He sent this to his employee "Hi Sam, I'm aware of it and the finance department is busy with it aswell. Please tell the client he will get refunded. There's 3 clients that has the same issue cause of the banks issue earlier this month. That's why I also notified u guys about Betty and thee other client. Please tell client just to be patient we will refund him. Thank U Sam Please advice what steps to take it's so frustrating to fight to cancel something for 2months as if I'm obliged to sign up for something I do not want.

Dissatisfaction about Psi Super Group
Good day I am writing this as a frustrated individual regarding Super Psi, this company is deducting funds in my account without my authorisation. I have contacted them in numerous occasions requesting they stop taking funds in my account as I did not authorize this, all they do is ignore me.
