I would like to thank your consultant Simphiwe C Ngwane for being such and amazing customer services agent. He has helped me with my application made sure that I am happy at all times. At one point I was not happy with PSI's services and their consultant that does the authorization had an attitude when I wanted to cancel the order because of affordability in that month. PSI still debited my account and Simphiwe C Ngwane was able to assist me again.

We need more exceptional customer services agent in SA, he is a great example of being customer centric.
