What adviser?

So tired of my Insure Adviser: Commercial & Personal at PSG. She is not putting in alot of effort and are not even replying on my whatsapps. I have a claim older than a month and must do a new claim but no help from my adviser at PSG. But still I must pay every month. This is so poor
