Terrible service - Immature employee

Linked to Discovery medical aid - i had a problem with my medication so i emailed Discover and i was told they will follow up with discovery and get back to the, a week later i then contact the person who was assisting me, the consultant from PSG Wealth "Kloof Bellevue Road Employee Benefits who is the Office Manager" as per her signature with Tel: +27 (86) *** which doesn't go to her but it goes to PSG Wealth and the receptionist is absolutely TERRIBLE, F(her name) and another receptionist... i called and they refused to give me a contact number or even a landline number or even the receptionist from discovery, the said they will send her a teams and cut my call, i called back and asked her if she even had my number or name and she said yes. my name isn't a very easy name to spell, she read out a number and i told her no. please can she contact me on another number. she got upset and said she's not going to do this and cut my call. i called again and asked her to take down the correct details. By this someone else answered the call and told me she left a teams saying someone is looking for her and to check her emails. i then asked her why cant she just give her my details so she knows who to contact and how many emails does she get a day to know who to contact, why cant i just spell my name and give her my number, she laughed and said so you think we cant spell your name, so i asked her to spell it and she said no she will not be doing this and she wont subject herself to this, She told me she told the consultant to contact Zarina and i said that's not my name but she cut the call.

Absolutely terrible service for such a high company to have such immature employees working for them.
