PSG : Read a clients request please

Dear PSG, if a client ask for a very basic set of information, example, please give me your banking details as I want to move R100 000 from provider A to B (TFSA transfer), I am getting a reply of "what is a TFSA, with the rules".

I totally understand how a TFSA work firstly. Sadly to say, you are working with clients money to start off with. If a client wants to invest more (and know how it works and need information), the people who reply must really understand the "basic request"

My email reads "Good afternoon PSG,

I am planning to move my TFSA from FNB to PSG (its roughly R91 000). And I want to move the funds towards my existing TFSA with PSG (and buy more shares)

I need the following info from PSG’s side please"

And the reply "

Good day Jacques

Thank you for your email.

We only have a tax free investment plan available on linked investment platform and unfortunate not on our share trading platform.

What I was trying to say, I have a TFSA account, and want to move another TFSA into this TFSA (and give you details how I want allocation) ... As easy as that.

How difficult is it ?
