TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

My mother passed away in February 2022. According to her will my brother is supposed to inherit the house and I am supposed to inherit her psg investment. The invesment does not form part of my mother's estate.

Originally my brother was supposed to inherit the investment and I was supposed to inherit the house. In 2019 my mother decided to swop it around whereby I will inherit the investment and my brother the house. My mother arranged with the psg broker to do the necessary. The broker only changed the will but never the beneficiary of the investment.

In order to correct the broker's mistake, on 29 Marh 2022 the broker drove all the way to my brother's work whereby he signed a letter giving his permission to change the beneficiary to my name.

This is not the first mistake from psg but this is just the cherry on the cake.

The broker refuses to my calls and ignores my messages.

Long story short, PSG is refusing to pay the money to me.

How can they decide against my mother's will. I would like to warn all citizen's, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, that once you deal with PSG, they decide your fate, no matter what your will is.

I would like to know if you can investigate why they don't actually adhere to the request of the people that actually bother to place their trust in them.
