Poor Service

I made a withdrawal in Augus 2024, and now it October 2024. My withdrawal has not been paid til this day. I've called the call center consultants every week, I've been sending countless withdrawal forms, every week. No one is calling to update me, no communication whatsoever. The service is very poor, I'm extremely disappointed in PSG
