Poor PSG wealth judgement by changing platform during the corona virus outbreak.

PSG wealth have recently changed to a new investment platform. This while the corona virus is causing havoc on the markets. I was never warned that PSG was planning a new platform and now find myself cutoff from my portfolio. I cannot manage my portfolio and sell assets that are falling [EQX***]. When I try and register on the new PSG platform, it takes me to a zero portfolio. I have phoned and send many e-mails about the crisis and just get excuses. Meantime I am losing my pension. Jan
