Pathetic Service and overrated management service!!!
We are extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by PSG Wealth. My mom signed a contract / mandate for PSG Wealth to manage her portfolio. After 7 months of managing the portfolio, there was no communication on the investment strategy and there was no investment activity. The management service was overrated and yielded zero returns! Furthermore, the investment manager did not apologize for not performing his trading mandate nor his poor communication thereof! Effectively, we were better off managing the account ourselves and we would have saved on ridiculously expensive management fees. We are utterly disgusted with this financial service company! We won't be doing business with THIS company again! We will be sharing our wonderful PSG experience with family and friends!

Dear Mr Lai
We made contact with your mothers’ financial adviser and he explained the circumstance with us. The portfolio changed from being non-managed to a managed portfolio after discussion with Mrs. Lai. The fees and charging basis were fully disclosed at the time and your mother also received regular statements over the investment period. Any investment in the share market should be viewed a long-term one, and the portfolio only remained under management with us for nine months before it was moved. During this time, it outperformed the index which we agreed to measure it against, although the market performed negatively over this time. We did monitor the portfolio continuously, but did not believe that trades were warranted at the time given turbulent market conditions. We offered to change the portfolio management agreement again to a non-managed one and discussed discounting brokerage fees, but regrettably your mother decided to move her portfolio elsewhere. In terms of our investment philosophy, we aim to ensure trades suit our clients’ profile and needs, and that any changes to their portfolios are in their best interests in the long term. In this case, we did not believe making changes were in her best long-term interests. We are sorry to note your disagreement.
