No reply from PSG Wealth

On Friday, 1 August 2025, I complained about the poor service received from one of the PSG Wealth branches. I received what I believe to be a automated reply on Monday, 4 August 2025 at 08:19 which stated that PSG will get back to within 2 business days. Now three days later I still have not received any feedback. Strangely enough, my complaint was that the PSG branch does not provide feedback and now I complain that PSG do the same. I am sure that I will once again get the automated reply which will once again state that they will get back to me in 2 business days.
