I got a message to say I must update my Fica or you won't process my transaction. Why didn't you email me once you deemed my Fica was "OUT OF DATE" ???? Do you think we, the clients work for you?

How do I update my Fica??? As usual this isn't accessible on my online profile.

I am barely investing on your platform anymore because of poor customer service and the periodic threats I receive about Fica.
