Executor frustration with PSG wealth
Extremely frustrating experience as an executor dealing with PSG Wealth. Despite submitting all required paperwork for payment to 3 beneficiaries, they now require the estate’s SARS tax number—which takes months to get. Why can’t payments proceed in the meantime?
Their documentation demands are excessive, change and explanations (after repeated emails) are vague. Calling them? Be ready to wait over 20 minutes with no answer. Poor service and zero empathy during an already difficult time.
