Excuses and Lies

I would never recommend psg in my entire life! On the 7th of November '23 I sent through my paperwork to withdraw my providend fund account. I was told that it would take up to six weeks. I phoned last week to get updates from them. The gentleman said he will phone me back with an update. He never phoned me back so I phoned again and asked to speak to Luyanda (I think that's his name) and was told he's busy on a call, he will phone me back. I phoned three times after that because I never received a call back from him and in one of those calls a lady assisted me and told me that they had a problem with my last payment allocation and they're busy sorting it out but everything else except for Sars is done. Just for him to phone me back on Monday to tell me that they made a mistake, my last payment was never allocated from Sanlam but they sorted it out and now it only needs to go to Sars and on Thursday (14 Dec '23) I will have my money. I phoned today to ask how my things are going seeing that tomorrow is Thursday and I'm really in need of the money. Just to be told that I will receive my money next week only because they still need to do bank validation.

It seems like they are running out of excuses. The complete process from start to finish is just a disgrace.
