Delay in transferring PSG Tax free investment
On 30 Sep 2021 I sent through instruction to PSG Wealth to transfer all my tax free investments to Allan Gray. It's now 3Nov, and the money has not yet been transferred. Allan Gray has contacted PSG several times to determine what is causing the hold-up, and resent all relevant documentation to them, but the transfer is not forthcoming. Pathetic service.
