Worst servoce from Mapitsi Namethe
It is so sad that I have had to come here and complain about PSG insurance. To summarise my issue my car has been with the panelbeaters for almost 6 months and my insurer is refusing to assist me. I have been lodged 3 claims for the same accident and their assessor and them refuse to pay. I just meant my vehicle back so that I can fix it myself, I can't take it without the front trye. Mapitsi claims I had another accident but why have they not fixed it after 3 claims. What more must I do. I have been sending emails and calling Mapitsi and each time I'm told she is not available. She never responds to emails. This is the worst service ever. I don't deserve this.
