Worst service ever with the claim process

I am very disappointed at PSG insure. I am even paying more on my car insurance premium compared to other qoutes I got from the other car insurance qoutes hoping I will get the best service if it happens I do a claim. After 2 years since I joined this insurance, I did my first claim after I was recently bumped by a car while I was waiting for the traffic lights to turn green. The police even arrested the driver because they suspected that he was driving under the influence of alcohol. I processed the claim on the 3rd of February 2020 and everything requested.

I'm still having my car and the process is taking almost 3 weeks and worst part I am calling after every second day to get feedback. The person who's handling my claim is very ***********. He always tells me stories everytime I call. There's no better word to describe this service I am getting but it's pathetic.
