Useless insurance brokers

My policy total amount to R 1,750.29. My debit order that went of was R 3,621.45. The difference of R 1,871.16 should be refunded to me immediately. There should be no reason for the increase in debit order. I expect a proof of payment by Monday 3 August. I do believe that PSG Centurion is competing for most useless insurance brokers in the Country. I do not want a apology I just want my refund
