Unfair and ********* Conduct by PSG Claims Office

PSG client drove into my car while my vehicle was evidently stationery on the side of the road. This happened in April, now it is August and they are finding every reason to delay the claim. Still no end and they are rude and threatening to vigorously defend in court when I demand proper processes from them. Bully, unfair and *********. No transparency and Ubuntu from their claims office.
