Unauthorized debit orders from PSG

I had a policy with BMW sa, it was canceled. I took out a policy with outsurance. I recieved a refund and a couple of days later my account was debited from an insurer called PSG without my knowledge. I contacted BMW where they advised me to contact Psg . I spoke to a lady by the name of Lerang at PSG. As she requested, I sent her the proof of my new insurance which is with outsurance in order for her to refund me. To my suprise a second deduction was taken from my account from PSG. I asked my son Zane to intervene in the situation and he was promised by the same lady at PSG that I would be refunded. After numerous calls to Lerang she everytime asked that we remind her. This is totally unacceptable the way PSG conducts their business. Its also very frustrating that I must now pay for 2 different insurances without my knowledge of this one. Highly upsetting.
