Unauthorised debit ordersand missing settlement

Between 2005 and 2014 PSG deducted premiums from my account after the vehicle that was insured (the insurable interest) was written off in an accident. In addition to this PSG are unable to furnish the details of the bank account into which the settlement was paid, albeit that I have written confirmation from the underwriters that the claim would be paid. Total deductions, settlement not paid into my banking account and interest at prime equate to R 172 805, I have tried tirelessly to engage with PSG, to no avail. They refuse to respond. I have contacted the broker, branch manager and her assistant on several occasions and was told by the branch manager that they are unable to locate the relevant information and that if I wanted to progress the matter, I should pursue a ******** claim for *******ly deducting funds from my account and that the onus is not on them to prove into which banking account the settlement was paid. They have all fobbed me off even though I have submitted full documentation (including bank statements furnished by my bank), totalling in excess of 100 pages several times over. This is wrong!!!!!
