****ty Service from PSG for 2nd time around

The worst brokers to be insured with. Was involved in a motor vehicle accident on the 30th of December 2024 and today the date is the 3rd of Jan 2025, my claim has not been lodged, the consultants don't even know which insurance am insured with, they guessing ABSA, Old Mutual or Santam, my policy schedule is saying Hollard, what a bunch of clowns. Am sitting here stranded can't even get a courtesy car that I pay for every month, am being sent from pillar to post, spent hours on the phone my calls are being cut. My broker is on leave...What a ****ty service. And the same thing happened when I claimed for my phones, I could forsee the same issue would happen when it's a motor vehicle. Worst worst insurers ever.
